Karachi, The Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Pakistan, H.E. Mrs. Henny de Vries, met with Pakistan’s Finance and Revenue Minister, Mr. Muhammad Aurangzeb, to discuss reinforcing the bilateral relationship and cooperation between the two nations. The meeting focused on enhancing economic ties, technology transfer, and collaboration in sectors like agriculture, dairy, and farm production.
According to Press Information Department, the engagement underlined the long-standing friendship between Pakistan and the Netherlands, with both sides expressing a desire to further mutual interests. Minister Aurangzeb emphasized the significance of the relationship, pointing to structural reforms in Pakistan aimed at fostering economic growth and fiscal sustainability.
The discussions also highlighted Pakistan’s interest in leveraging Dutch expertise to improve its production and export capacities, contributing positively to the national economy.
