NEPRA Set to Launch ‘Asaan Approach’ Mobile App to Streamline Electricity Complaints

Islamabad: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) is poised to introduce a new mobile application named ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ tomorrow, designed to facilitate a quicker and more efficient process for registering electricity-related complaints. The app targets issues such as power outages, electrical fires, line faults, and billing discrepancies, aiming to significantly reduce the time consumers spend on complaint submissions.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the ‘NEPRA Asaan Approach’ app will not only simplify the filing process but also enable users to monitor the real-time progress of their complaints. This initiative is part of NEPRA’s commitment to enhancing the responsiveness and accessibility of its services to the public.
