Naval Chief Commends Pakistan Maritime Security Agency for Law Enforcement at Sea

Karachi, Admiral Naveed Ashraf, Chief of the Naval Staff, praised the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) for its effective law enforcement activities at sea during his recent visit to the PMSA Headquarters. The visit highlighted the agency’s efforts in upholding maritime regulations and protecting Pakistan’s maritime interests.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Sindh, the Naval Chief was presented with a Guard of Honour upon his arrival at the PMSA Headquarters. He received a comprehensive briefing on the Maritime Security Operations conducted by the PMSA, emphasizing the agency’s role in maintaining a rule-based order at sea.

Admiral Ashraf expressed his satisfaction with the law enforcement functions undertaken by the PMSA. He commended the collective efforts of the agency in fulfilling both national and international obligations in the maritime domain. The visit underscores the PMSA’s significant contribution to maritime security and the effective implementation of maritime law.
