National Highways and Motorway Police Mark 77th Independence Day with Rallies and Ceremonies


Islamabad: The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) celebrated Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day with rallies and a flag-hoisting ceremony at its headquarters in Islamabad. The event was attended by senior officers, employees, and children, featuring special activities and distributions of gifts to the young attendees.



According to Press Information Department, DIG (Headquarters) Asghar Ali, who presided over the ceremony, emphasized the sacrifices made for the nation’s freedom and the importance of maintaining security and dignity across Pakistan. He urged the police force and citizens alike to uphold the law and contribute to the country’s development. The celebrations were marked by a sense of duty and patriotism, with a focus on fostering a collective spirit of national pride and responsibility.
