National Assembly Lauds Successful Hosting of SCO Summit in Islamabad

Islamabad: The National Assembly of Pakistan passed a resolution today, commending the successful organization of the 23rd meeting of the Council of Government Heads of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) held in Islamabad. This resolution, moved by the Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, extends congratulations to the President, the Prime Minister, the government, and the people of Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the resolution highlighted the pivotal roles played by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Speaker Ayaz Sadiq, along with former speakers of the National Assembly, in fostering regional cooperation.
