National Accountability Bureau Boosts Economy by Recovering Billions in Corruption Cases


Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has significantly bolstered the national economy through stringent legal actions against financial corruption, recovering and redistributing over seven billion rupees across various sectors within the first seven months of the year.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, these funds have been distributed among federal and provincial governments, departments, financial institutions, and affected parties. This substantial financial recovery was achieved through thorough investigations and plea bargains conducted by the anti-corruption agency.



The NAB’s efforts highlight its crucial role in combating corruption and enhancing economic stability by ensuring that substantial amounts of money are returned to the rightful entities and individuals impacted by financial misconduct.
