Nasirabad Advances Teacher Recruitment to Address Educational Shortfalls

Nasirabad: In an effort to address the persistent shortage of teachers and reactivate non-functional schools in Nasirabad, the District Recruitment Committee (DRC), under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Munir Ahmed Khan Kakar, convened to review and finalize the recruitment of educational staff. This initiative marks a crucial step in bolstering the educational infrastructure within the district, ensuring that all students have access to qualified teachers.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting involved thorough scrutiny of candidates’ credentials to fill vacant posts in the Education Department. The DRC, comprising District Education Officer Abdul Hameed Abro, Senior Accounts Officer Sajid Jamal, and other key education officers, meticulously reviewed each application to ensure the qualifications and legitimacy of all potential hires.

Deputy Commissioner KPS Manzoor Shirazi, Babu Barkat Samit, Irshad Ali Domki, and other officials participated in the session, emphasizing the government’s commitment to enhancing educational services. They declared that any candidate found with an unverified degree would have their appointment canceled to maintain the integrity of the hiring process.

This proactive recruitment drive is expected to significantly alleviate the teacher shortage in Nasirabad, enabling the commencement of educational activities in previously non-functional schools and contributing to the overall development of the region’s educational landscape.
