Naseerabad Officials Inspect Key Infrastructure Projects Amid Concerns Over Delays

Naseerabad: Deputy Commissioner Batul Asadi and Executive Engineer Abdul Rehman Kakar conducted inspections of several critical infrastructure projects in Naseerabad, including the Dera Murad Jamali to Mir Hassan Road and the Eastern Civil Hospital, highlighting concerns over construction delays and emphasizing the need for timely completion.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the inspection tour included a detailed review of the Chhatar Road project, extending from National Highway 65N to near Tehsil Chhatar. Deputy Commissioner Asadi expressed dissatisfaction with the pace of construction and instructed that delayed work be expedited. Additionally, Asadi issued directives to improve the deteriorating road conditions in Tehsil Chhatar, warning that the contractor’s license could be revoked if neglect persists.

The Eastern Civil Hospital construction is nearing completion, with marble laying underway. Deputy Commissioner Asadi stressed the importance of adherence to the project specifications as outlined in PC One, ensuring that the contractor meets all required standards.

These projects are deemed crucial for enhancing connectivity and accessibility for local communities, including farmers who will benefit from improved travel facilities. Asadi emphasized the administration’s commitment to rigorous oversight of these development efforts, ensuring that any deficiencies are addressed promptly to avoid substandard outcomes.

The inspection also extended to the Bidar Pul to Toll Plaza road, where Asadi reviewed the clearing of soil deposits left by landowners, indicating that failure to remove these could lead to legal consequences.

These initiatives reflect a broader strategy to deliver significant public benefits through improved infrastructure and healthcare services, directly addressing the needs of the communities in Mir Hassan, Chhatar, and Dera Murad Jamali Sharqi.
