Naseerabad Deputy Commissioner Visits Hindu Temple, Assures Community Support

Naseerabad: During a visit to Tehsil Chhatra, Deputy Commissioner Batul Asadi engaged with the local Hindu community at an ancient temple, discussing security and infrastructure needs. This visit underscores the district administration’s commitment to ensuring the well-being and religious freedom of minority communities.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Asadi, accompanied by officers including Flight Lieutenant Retired Fahad Khan Khosa and Executive Engineer Bhag Chand Rajput, received requests from community leaders for the restoration of a nearby police post and improved electricity supply at the temple. The officials were presented with traditional gifts in a gesture of goodwill and respect.

During the meeting, senior leaders of the Hindu Panchayat, including Seth Tara Chand, Chaudhry Harichand, and others, voiced their concerns and needs directly to Deputy Commissioner Asadi. He assured them that the district administration is dedicated to resolving these issues promptly, reaffirming the government’s stance on religious freedom and the equal treatment of all citizens in Pakistan.

Deputy Commissioner Asadi emphasized the significant role of the minority community in the country’s development and reiterated his commitment to utilizing all available resources to support their needs and ensure their security.
