Naseerabad: Deputy Commissioner Munir Ahmed Khan Kakar led a crucial District Health Committee meeting, focusing on improving operational efficiencies within local health centers and enforcing strict measures against absent staff members.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Kakar outlined several key directives to enhance the performance of government health employees and ensure better public services. He emphasized the importance of penalizing absenteeism by deducting salaries and postponing the parole process for delinquent staff until necessary actions are taken.
Furthermore, Kakar advocated for the swift procurement of essential medications to combat the rise of malaria and other epidemic diseases, and called for immediate operational readiness of the operation theatre in the Civil Hospital. He also requested expedited appointments of necessary medical staff including surgeons and additional support for health centers in Mirwah and Behram Baldi RHCs.
