Naseerabad Cracks Down on Illegal Encroachments of Government Land

Naseerabad, In a decisive move to curb illegal land encroachments, the administration of Naseerabad district, led by Deputy Commissioner Batul Asdi, has launched a stringent operation against unauthorized occupations. The crackdown has resulted in the immediate cessation and demolition of several illicit constructions under the supervision of Assistant Commissioner Dera Murad Jamali.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Batul Asdi has issued explicit directives to his tehsil administration to rigorously enforce laws against the illegal encroachment of government property. This initiative was highlighted yesterday when Tehsildar Dera Murad Jamali, Gul Nawaz, successfully halted an encroachment attempt, underscoring the district’s firm stance against such violations. The officials involved in the operation issued stern warnings that any constructions made on encroached land would be demolished, and the perpetrators would be held liable for any damages incurred.

This aggressive enforcement campaign reflects the district administration’s commitment to preserving public land and ensuring the rule of law in government land management practices. Deputy Commissioner Asdi emphasized that the administration will not tolerate any breaches of this policy, signaling a zero-tolerance approach to land encroachment in the region.
