Quetta, The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan will hold an open court on April 25, 2024, to register complaints against significant financial irregularities in the province. This initiative aims to address and resolve issues related to corruption and misuse of public funds.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the open court will be conducted at the NAB Complaints Office, located at the Deputy Commissioner Office on Anscomb Road, Quetta. The session will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, providing an opportunity for the public to present their grievances directly to the Director General of NAB.
To ensure proper identification and verification, complainants are required to provide the following information:
1. Full name and parentage
2. A copy of their National Identity Card
3. Full address
4. Thumb mark or signature
5. Contact number (mobile or home)
NAB has clarified that anonymous or fictitious complaints will not be entertained. Only verified complaints falling within the scope of NAB’s jurisdiction will be addressed, and a sworn statement on stamp paper will be required from complainants before further action is taken.
Complaints can be submitted to NAB in several ways:
1. By post or in person at the NAB office on Shahrah Golestan Road, Quetta Cantt
2. Via email to balochistan@nab.gov.pk
3. By post or in person at the NAB Complaints Office at the Deputy Commissioner Office on Anscomb Road, Quetta
4. Through the open court held on the last Thursday of every month, providing an opportunity for direct interaction with the Director General.
