Islamabad, January 21, 2023 (PPI-OT):Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf and Deputy Speaker Zahid Akram Durrani have condoled sad demise of senior journalist and columnist Zameer Nafees. In their separate condolence messages to bereaved family, the Speaker and Deputy Speaker expressed their profound grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Mr. Zameer Nafees, and paid rich tributes to his services in the field of journalism.

They termed the death of Zameer Nafees a huge loss to field of journalism and said that vacuum created by his death is difficult to fill for a long time to come. The Speaker and Deputy Speaker pray to Allah Almighty to rest departed in eternal peace and grant patience and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.
