Mushaal Mullick Accuses Modi Regime of Genocide in Kashmir, Urges Media to Highlight Human Rights Violations

Islamabad, Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Special Assistant to the Pakistan Prime Minister on Human Rights and Women Empowerment, has accused the ruling BJP-RSS regime in India of engaging in the genocide of innocent Kashmiris. Addressing a ceremony in Islamabad, she stated that the government of Pakistan stands in solidarity with the Kashmiri people in their struggle for self-determination.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Mushaal Mullick emphasized the importance of media in bringing to light the severe human rights violations committed by Indian troops in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). She urged media outlets to fulfill their role in exposing these atrocities.

Furthermore, speaking at the inaugural session of the Rawalpindi District-level Kashmir Consultative Committee, Mullick detailed the objectives of these district-level committees. They aim to address the Kashmir issue at the grassroots level, engaging communities for a comprehensive understanding and creating platforms for meaningful discussions and advocacy.

Mushaal Mullick announced that similar sessions for the District-level Kashmir Consultative Committees are planned for Lahore, Faisalabad, and Gujranwala. These committees, comprising intellectuals from various age groups and backgrounds, are envisioned to play a crucial role in organizing and promoting the Kashmir cause at the local level.

Her statements reflect a continued effort to highlight the Kashmir issue internationally and to mobilize support for the Kashmiri people’s right to self-determination.
