Mushaal Hussein Mullick Calls for International Action Against Indian Atrocities in IIOJK

Islamabad, In a resolute address, Mushaal Hussein Mullick, the Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Human Rights and Women Empowerment of Pakistan, has called for the international community to take decisive action against India for its continued violations of human rights in the Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to Kashmir Media Service, during a seminar commemorating Kashmiris’ Right to Self-Determination Day, Mullick highlighted the urgency of the situation in IIOJK. She implored India to grant unrestricted access to international observers and human rights organizations, allowing them to witness the reality of the conditions in the occupied region.

The Special Assistant emphasized the need for various societal sectors, including academia, religious scholars, and journalists, to actively participate in raising awareness about the suffering of Kashmiris under Indian state-sponsored terrorism.

Mullick strongly condemned the Narendra Modi-led Indian government for its targeted persecution of minorities, particularly Muslims. She criticized the Modi administration’s implementation of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) policies aimed at undermining the rights of minorities and enforcing the Hindutva agenda, in what is claimed to be a democratic and secular nation.

The call for international intervention by Mushaal Hussein Mullick reflects the deepening concern over human rights violations in IIOJK and the urgency to address this protracted conflict.
