More Kashmiri employees to face axe on pretext of sympathizing with freedom movement

Srinagar, May 24, 2022 (PPI-OT):Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government is planning to sack more Kashmiri employees working in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on the pretext of supporting the freedom movement.

More Kashmiri employees are on the radar of the Indian agencies for having supposed links with pro-freedom organizations in IIOJK and it is expected that they will face termination soon. The people who are on the radar of the agencies are teaching and non-teaching staff of the Kashmir University, while some of them are working in the IIOJK administration.

The occupation authorities have asked the intelligence agencies to prepare a list of those employees of university, school and govt offices who are alleged sympathizers of pro-freedom outfits or spreading Azadi sentiments among the students and the local people.

Reportedly, the Indian intelligence agencies in IIOJK have prepared 3 categories of such govt employees and teachers, and among the University teachers, 15 professors or lecturers are on their radar and 3 of them need immediate action.

As per reports, those who are under the 1st category will be sacked immediately after a so-called Committee’s recommendation which has been constituted under Article 311(2) (C) of the Indian Constitution while those kept under 2nd category are on the watch of the Indian agencies and the 3rd category, the misguided govt employees will be taken for counselling to get them back in the mainstream.

Recently, the IIOJK admin had dismissed one professor Altaf Hussain Pandit of the Kashmir University and a school teacher Mohammad Maqbool Hajam for allegedly encouraging anti-India activities. The admin has so far sacked 38 Kashmiri officials for purportedly keeping in touch with pro-freedom outfits in the occupied territory in the last 2 years.
