Lahore, September 26, 2022 (PPI-OT):The monthly stipend of the Nursing College Lahore General Hospital students has been increased. In this regard, AMC/PGMI Principal Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-freed Zafar says that each BSC nursing student will get Rs. 46,170 instead of Rs. 31,470, while each midwifery nurse student will get Rs. 29,170 instead of Rs. 20,170.
The increased allowances will be applicable from 1st, July 2022. After hearing the announcement, the nursing students looked overjoyed and they prayed for the government and hospital administration. Prof. Al-freed Zafar urged the student nurses to complete their education with more integrity and professional dedication So that they could perform their professional services in a better way in the future.
He said that the government is taking all the necessary steps for the development of nursing sector and their welfare, so the nurses also have the responsibility to spare no effort in the service of the suffering humanity and take their prayers by taking good care of the patients. Ramzan Bibi told that the arrears of July and August would be included in the next monthly stipend. MS LGH Dr. Khalid Bin Aslam and other doctors were present in the occasion.
