Mohsin Naqvi Unveils ‘Cascade’ Service Center for Diplomats in Islamabad.


ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has inaugurated the “Cascade” service center at the Diplomatic Enclave in Islamabad, aiming to streamline services for diplomats and foreign nationals.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the newly launched service center is designed to offer a variety of essential services under one roof. These include the issuance and renewal of driving licenses, character certificates, general police verification, missing person reports, and tenant registration. The center will also facilitate the registration of foreigners, domestic workers, and volunteers, as well as vehicle verification and obtaining copies of FIRs.



In his remarks, Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring the convenience and safety of ambassadors and foreign nationals. He highlighted that the center is a testament to their dedication to providing comprehensive security and service to the diplomatic community and visitors. Additionally, Naqvi noted that over fifteen hundred police and FC personnel, along with twenty police vehicles, are actively engaged in maintaining the security of the diplomatic enclave.
