Modi govt flayed for not allocating seats to OBCs students in India

Jammu, July 24, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has condemned the Modi-led fascist Indian government for not allocating seats to Other Backward Classes (OBCs) students in medical institutions throughout India.

Advocate Suresh Kumar Dogra, Chairman of OBC Department JKPCC, in a statement issued in Jammu castigated the Indian government for violating 93rd Amendment Act 2005 by clause-5 in Article-15(5) Constitution of India, enabling state to make special provision, by law, for protection of the rights of students from SCs, STs and socially and educationally backward classes for their admission in all central government educational institutions.

Sonia Gandhi, President of All India Congress Committee, had also written a letter to Modi regarding it, but his government is not ready to listen to anything in favour of underprivileged class of OBC. Suresh Dogra further stated that the government is also not fair with legal and constitutional rights by not permitting admissions for OBC students in the medical courses in accordance with the Article 15(5) of the Constitution.

Suresh Dogra condemned recent allocation of zero percent medical seats in all India quota out of 27 per cent reserved for OBC students, for pursuing higher education in graduate and post-graduate courses.
