Karachi, July 02, 2023 (PPI-OT): Provincial Minister for Local Government Syed Nasir Hussain Shah appreciating the efforts of all elected local government representatives of PPP and other parties regards Eid-ul-Azha, said that the enthusiasm and passion of all local body representatives for public service is worthy of praise and the Sindh government believes in the undivided support and cooperation of all the elected local body representatives who have the passion to serve the people. He said that World Waste and Management along with elected local government representatives have made all possible efforts to provide relief to the people. He added that Solid Waste and Management along with elected local body representatives have made all possible efforts to provide relief to the people.
He said that all the local bodies and representatives should be active in their respective areas until the garbage and complete cleaning, arrangements should be made to immediately remove the garbage in the areas. Nasir Shah said that the peoples should register their complaints on solid waste management helpline number 1128 regarding waste and sanitation, while action will be taken against the concerned officers who do not address public complaints.
Minister orders to local government representatives to continue the work of cleaning and removing garbage, said that chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s vision of public service will be fulfilled in every possible way and it will be possible only when all local representatives and institutions fulfill the vision of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto by making public services their motto. He directed the media to highlight the public grievances so that the government can take all possible steps to redress them, while the media should also positive highlight the all local government representatives regards Eid-ul-Azha.
