Mercury dips as rains lash different parts of IIOJK

Srinagar, October 11, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, mercury recorded a drop at most places as rains lashed various parts of the territory, today. An official of local meteorological department in Srinagar told the media that in last 24 hours till 0830 hours today, Qazigund, Pahalgam, Kokernag, Gulmarg, Banihal, Katra, Batote, Bhaderwah and othe areas received rains. He said that after the rains, temperature in many of these areas decreased. He also forecast mainly dry weather with possibility of isolated light rain and thunder in IIOJK during the next 24 hours.
