Karachi, July 28, 2023 (PPI-OT): Father of Pakistan People’s Party’s martyred Member of Sindh Assembly Abdullah Murad and grandfather of Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad, Haji Murad Ali passed away at the age of 90 after a long illness between Tuesday and Wednesday night. The funeral prayer was performed at Gul Baloch Football Ground, Siddique Goth Malir, later he was buried in the compound of Mazar Gharib Shah Bukhari in Gulshan-e-Malir.

Those who attended the funeral include MPA Saleem Baloch, Raja Razzaq, Yousuf Baloch, MNA Abdul Hakeem Baloch, Muslim League (N) leader Senator Nihal Hashmi, Qadir Bakhsh Kalmati, Chairmen of various towns, Haji Tariq Aziz, Jan Muhammad Baloch, Riyaz Baloch, Mir Abbas Talpur, Municipal Commissioner of KMC Noman Arshad, Financial Adviser Riyaz Khatri, various departmental officers of KMC , various leaders of Pakistan People’s Party including political leaders and a large number of social personalities, government officials, dignitaries of the city.

The Fateh Soyem and Dua of late Haji Murad Ali’s will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Shayan Farm House near Pakistan Hotel Memon goth Road, Malir. Meanwhile central secretary information Pakistan People’s Party Faisal Kareem Kundi, Mayor Karachi Barrister Murtaza Wahab and other important personalities have expressed their condolences to Deputy Mayor Karachi Salman Abdullah Murad on the death of his grandfather. Mayor Karachi said that this family has served Karachi from generation to generation, he prayed that Allah forgives the departed soul and grant patience to all family members including Salman Abdullah Murad.
