Jammu, A massive fire engulfed several houses in Doda district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Doda, Abdul Qayoom said, “We received information that a few houses in the Bhaderwah area of Doda district had caught fire and firefighters were rushed to the spot.”
He said as per the information received, so far, eight houses were damaged in the fire. As per the initial investigation, a short circuit was the cause of the fire, he added.
The official further said that there were no immediate reports of any casualties or injuries in the fire and further investigation is underway.
