New Delhi, July 09, 2022 (PPI-OT):Illegally detained All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Masarat Alam Butt has urged the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha with utmost simplicity.
Masarat Alam Butt in his message from infamous Tihar jail, greeting the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on the eve of Eid-ul-Azha, appealed them to take special care of the widows, orphans, the poor and the families of the prisoners and share the joys of Eid with them.
He said, “Eid-ul-Azha teaches us that we, the individual and discerning nation, should always be ready to sacrifice our lives and time.” He said the whole life of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) is full of sacrifices. The sacrifices that made him not only a beloved servant of Allah, but Allah gave him victory over the tyrant Nimrod, he added.
The APHC Chairman assured the people of Kashmir that the great sacrifices would be protected in all circumstances. He said, “We will like to hang or rot in prisons but will never bow before tyrants and oppressive rulers,” he maintained.
On this occasion, Masarat Alam paid tributes to the mothers and sisters who sacrificed their lives and their offspring for the freedom of Kashmir, adding the time is not far when the people of Kashmir will get freedom from Indian subjugation.
