Major Allegations Surface in Gurpatwant Singh Attack Case

New Delhi, Recent reports have emerged detailing alleged plans by the Indian government to target Sikh leaders abroad, implicating it in a series of attacks and assassination attempts, including the high-profile case of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Najar and activist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the attacks are part of a broader strategy initiated by the Modi government in June 2023 to suppress Sikh voices globally. This plan allegedly led to the assassination of Hardeep Singh Najar in Canada and a foiled attempt on the life of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, the head of Sikhs for Justice in the United States. The conspiracy involving Pannu’s attempted assassination was reportedly orchestrated by the Indian government, with the U.S. intelligence services subsequently arresting several individuals linked to the plot.

One of the suspects, Indian citizen Nikhil Gupta, purportedly acted on the instructions of an officer from the Indian Central Reserve Police Force, hiring a hitman for $100,000 to carry out the assassination. Gupta’s background reportedly includes criminal activities across several Western countries, primarily involving drugs and smuggling.
