Dhaka: The 4th Made-in-Pakistan Exhibition was launched at the International Convention City Bashundhara in Dhaka, with more than 100 Pakistani exhibitors presenting products ranging from textiles to fashion accessories. Organized by the Pakistan Association of Exhibition Industry, the event aims to foster trade relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh and will remain open to visitors until September 26.

According to Press Information Department, the exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Mohammad Hasan Arif, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive of the Export Promotion Bureau of Bangladesh, alongside Mr. Imran Haider, the High Commissioner. The event was attended by trade sector representatives, journalists, and members of both the local and Pakistani community.

During the inauguration, Mr. Haider highlighted the steady growth in bilateral trade and economic relations, noting recent developments such as the opening of Pakistani fashion outlets in Bangladesh and increased trade in essential commodities. He encouraged business communities to present policy proposals to enhance trade collaboration and address existing barriers.

Mr. Arif commended the organizers and expressed a desire to increase the exchange of delegations and exhibitors. He invited Pakistani delegates to participate in upcoming trade events in Bangladesh and emphasized exploring joint ventures for mutual economic benefit. Both officials acknowledged the organizers’ efforts in facilitating the exhibition.
