ISLAMABAD: In a meeting held today in Islamabad, Lord Aamer Sarfraz expressed his appreciation for Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar’s ongoing and proactive efforts in fostering regional peace and stability. The discussion also delved into issues related to the Pakistani diaspora in the United Kingdom and the evolving political environment there.
According to Radio Pakistan, Lord Sarfraz briefed Deputy Prime Minister Dar on challenges faced by the Pakistani community in the UK, as well as their significant contributions to both nations. The dialogue also included an exchange of views on the shifting political landscape in the UK.
Deputy Prime Minister Dar emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UK, noting that the Pakistani diaspora, including influential figures like Lord Sarfraz, plays a crucial role as a bridge between the two countries.
