Loralai, In a decisive meeting held on Tuesday, Commissioner Loralai Division, Balach Aziz, alongside key law enforcement officials, addressed the recent surge in violent incidents in the Loralai Division, particularly in Dakki district. The gathering focused on reviewing the current security measures and strategizing enhanced actions to bolster law and order.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioner Dakki, Khan Baloch, SSP Loralai Muhammad Zafar Buzdar, DPO Dakki Asaf Halim Rakhshani, and other high-ranking officials. Each representative provided an update on the security situation in their respective areas, detailing specific incidents such as the attack on drivers in Sanjawi, the bombing in the Lees area that resulted in casualties among civil defense officials and workers, and ongoing threats to coal mining operations.
Commissioner Aziz emphasized that maintaining peace and order is a fundamental responsibility of the state and its agencies, underscoring the importance of protecting both lives and livelihoods, particularly in economically crucial sectors like coal mining in Dakki district. He reassured that strict measures would be implemented to prevent future incidents and vowed that the forces would continue their rigorous efforts against elements threatening the stability and security of the region.
