Loralai: The 77th Jashan Azadi Sports Festival witnessed the culmination of its grand football tournament, which was inaugurated by Deputy Director of Sports Feroze Ali Abru. The event, organized by the Sports Department, featured intense matches that concluded with DF Loralai securing a victory over DFA Daki, advancing them to the Quetta Super Football League.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the tournament saw spirited competitions, including a notable final where DF Loralai triumphed over DFA Daki with a score of 3-2. The festival’s inauguration day also included other matches, with DFA Daki initially defeating DFA Musa Khel to reach the finals. District and sports officials, alongside a large crowd of enthusiasts, attended the event, demonstrating substantial community support. The celebrations concluded with an awards ceremony where participants received prizes, certificates, and commendations for their performance. Deputy Director Feroze Ali Abru lauded the efforts of District Sports Officer Loralai Nasruddin Kakar for his significant role in promoting sports and expressed hopes for continued positive youth engagement through sports.
