Leningrad Liberation Commemorated with ‘Candle of Remembrance’ Ceremony in Pakistan

Islamabad, A solemn “Candle of Remembrance” ceremony was held by the Russian Embassy in Pakistan to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad from the Nazi siege during World War II. The event was marked by a minute of silence, observed by embassy employees and their families, to honor the memory of the defenders of Leningrad and its resilient citizens.
