Karachi: A law student from District Qamber Shahdadkot, Tawfiq Ahmed, found relief in continuing his education after ringing the “Bell of Hope” outside the Sindh Governor’s House. The initiative, aimed at addressing urgent financial concerns, resulted in Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri immediately paying Ahmed’s overdue university fees.

According to Sindh Governor House, Ahmed had been unable to pay his fees for several months due to financial difficulties, which jeopardized his ability to continue his studies. Upon hearing his appeal through the “Bell of Hope,” Governor Tesuri acted swiftly to ensure the student could pursue his legal education.
