Islamabad: Federal Minister for Law and Justice, Azam Nazeer Tarar, extended felicitations to the Pakistani populace on the nation’s 78th Independence Day.
He paid homage to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Iqbal, and other independence movement leaders. Mr. Tarar emphasized that unity, resolve, and adherence to legal principles were crucial in achieving independence and remain vital for national advancement.
Remembering historical struggles, the minister praised the valor and sacrifices of the armed forces, the public’s fortitude, and the unwavering spirit in protecting the country’s sovereignty. He stated that these instances of national pride underscore that liberty is maintained through bravery, discipline, and national cohesion.
Mr. Tarar also commended Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s guidance in navigating the country through challenges, promoting stability, and pursuing economic growth. He called upon citizens to embrace unity, faith, and discipline for a stronger, more affluent, and equitable Pakistan.
