Lasbela: Enthusiastic preparations are underway across Lasbela District for the celebration of Pakistan’s Independence Day on August 14th, with a series of patriotic events planned to mark the occasion in a grand and dignified manner.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, a pivotal meeting was convened by Additional Deputy Commissioner General Siraj Karim Baloch under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Humira Baloch to finalize the arrangements. The meeting set forth plans to illuminate all government buildings with perlites and raise the national flag prominently. Additionally, officials will don national flag badges to symbolize their patriotism. Festivities will include Malakhada competitions and sports events at the district headquarters in Othal, and schools are encouraged to host tableau and oration competitions centered around national themes. Siraj Karim Baloch urged all departments to expedite their preparatory work and foster a spirit of unity and patriotism as the celebrations approach.
