Lahore Police Mourns the Loss of Shaheed Head Constable Ghazanfar Ali

Lahore, In a somber ceremony at Police Lines Qila Gujar Singh, Lahore, CCPO Bilal Siddique Kamiana, along with senior officers, attended the funeral prayers of Shaheed Head Constable Ghazanfar Ali, who was martyred in an attack by assailants in Shahdara Town. The ceremony saw the participation of dignitaries including DIGs Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi and Zeeshan Asghar, alongside SSP Syed Ali Raza and other officials, who paid their respects and offered prayers for the departed soul.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the ceremony was marked by the laying of a floral wreath by CCPO Kamiana on the body of Head Constable Ghazanfar Ali, commemorating his bravery and sacrifice. The loss of Ghazanfar Ali, who leaves behind a wife and five children, has been deeply felt within the Lahore Police community, reflecting on his commitment and duty towards ensuring the safety and security of the citizens.

CCPO Kamiana and other attending officers extended their condolences to the bereaved family, acknowledging the irreplaceable loss and affirming the department’s pledge to support the welfare of Ghazanfar Ali’s family. Kamiana highlighted the legacy of valor and duty that Shaheed Ghazanfar Ali leaves behind, describing him as a precious asset to the Lahore Police and a testament to the courage and dedication expected of law enforcement officers.
