Kohlu: In an unexpected move last night, Deputy Commissioner Aqeel Karim Baloch of Kohlu conducted a thorough inspection of the district headquarters hospital and a local Levies checkpoint. His visit aimed to evaluate the attendance and performance of medical and security personnel and ensure the effective provision of essential services to the community.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, Deputy Commissioner Baloch assessed various departments within the hospital, verifying the presence of doctors, paramedical staff, and other personnel. He also interacted with patients to discuss any issues they faced, expressing satisfaction with the medical staff’s diligence during his visit. Baloch emphasized the district administration’s commitment to maintaining 24-hour medical facilities and warned that lapses in service would not be tolerated.
The visit extended to the Levies Chowki at Tambo Cross, where Baloch checked on the law enforcement officials’ attendance and operational readiness. He reiterated that negligence would not be excused and commended recent efforts by the Levies to combat criminal activities, highlighting the importance of constant vigilance and efficiency among the forces.
