Peshawar, In a concerted effort to address various issues facing Charsadda district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Labor Minister Fazal Shakoor Khan convened a meeting with Provincial Assembly members from the district at the Civil Secretariat in Peshawar on Wednesday.
According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the meeting saw the participation of assembly members Arif Ahmad Zai, Iftikharullah Jan, Arshad Khan Umarzai, and Khalid Khan, alongside District Education Officers (DEOs) Abdul Malik and Suriya Khattak. The discussions underscored the pivotal role of education in the region’s development, with Minister Khan highlighting that progress and peace are closely tied to the prevalence of educational opportunities.
The assembly members and the Labor Minister shared a unified commitment to transforming Charsadda into an exemplary district. Key directives were issued to the DEOs to foster improvements within the education system, aiming for impactful outcomes that would prevent local students from falling behind their counterparts in other districts.
