Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Pledges Financial Aid to Rain-Hit Residents


Peshawar: In response to the recent severe rainfall that has impacted many residents in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur announced that the provincial government will provide full financial support to those affected. This initiative aims to alleviate the hardships faced by the residents during this critical period.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Chief Minister Gandapur emphasized the government’s commitment to stand by its people, asserting that no affected individual would be left to manage alone. He made these remarks during a statement issued in Peshawar. In addition to the promise of financial aid, Gandapur has instructed the district administration and the relief department to ensure immediate relief efforts are executed to support the affected populations promptly.



The Chief Minister also expressed his condolences for the lives lost due to the rain-related incidents across the province, highlighting the tragedy that has compounded the community’s distress.



The government’s swift pledge of support and the coordinated efforts of local authorities aim to mitigate the impact of the natural disaster and provide necessary aid and comfort to those who have suffered losses.
