Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Announces Immediate Educational Reforms


Peshawar, In a decisive move to bolster education in the region, a key meeting chaired by Malik Liaquat Ali Khan, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Population Welfare, outlined immediate steps to improve educational provisions. The meeting convened top education officials and focused on addressing urgent needs within the sector.



According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the session discussed critical issues affecting schools in the area, particularly the shortage of teachers in 17 identified schools. The government committed to appointing teachers within 24 hours for Government High School Jazoo and Mera Deer Lower and to fast-track the recruitment process for vacant posts across the region. Malik Liaquat Ali Khan emphasized that providing a top-tier educational environment remains a high priority for the provincial government, ensuring that all measures necessary to achieve this goal are swiftly implemented.
