Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Advisor on Information Defends CM’s Participation in SIFC Meeting Amid Political Intrigue

Peshawar, Barrister Dr. Saif, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information and Public Relations, today addressed allegations of political sabotage aimed at preventing the Chief Minister’s attendance at the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) meeting. Despite attempts by a conspiratorial group, the Chief Minister maintained his scheduled participation, underscoring his role as a permanent member of the SIFC.

According to Directorate General Information and PRs – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Saif criticized the opposition’s efforts to sideline Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s involvement in the SIFC, particularly targeting political figures Imran Khan and Ali Amin Gandapur. He asserted that such maneuvers would not deter their commitment to their roles or their political influence. The advisor’s remarks reflect the ongoing political tension between the ruling parties and opposition forces, highlighting a fierce rivalry that extends into the operations of significant economic councils like the SIFC.
