Srinagar, April 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, APHC leader Muhammad Yousuf Naqash has said that the difficulties faced by the Kashmiris have increased manifold ahead of the G20 meeting to be held in Srinagar next month. Muhammad Yousuf Naqash in a statement issued in Srinagar said the Indian troops are arresting and harassing people in the guise of the G20 meeting in the occupied territory.
He said although the oppressed Kashmiris have been a victim of Indian oppression for the past several decades, history is a witness that whenever an international delegation visits IIOJK or intends to visit, India would implement its nefarious plans to defame the Kashmiris’ freedom movement. The APHC leader expressed the apprehension of an Indian plan like Pulwama and Chhatti Singhpura by the Indian forces in the guise of the expected meeting of the Group of 20 in IIOJK.
Mohammad Yusuf Naqash said it is beyond comprehension that under what objectives India is holding the G20 meeting in the UN recognized international disputed territory. He asked the member countries of the group if they do not know that Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory. India’s plan to hold the group’s meeting in IIOJK is nothing but to undermine the credibility of the United Nations, he added. He said the G20 members should remember that India is committing the most serious crimes against humanity in the occupied territory and reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the freedom struggle till taking it to its logical conclusion.
