According to Kashmir Media Service, Dr. Sarfaraz and Dr. Shaheen Aslam, who hail from the region currently administered by India, have both distinguished themselves in mental health care. Dr. Sarfaraz is notably involved in Intensive Care Psychiatry at the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust and holds several key academic and administrative roles, including Director of Medical Education, Deputy Medical Director, and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds.
