Kashmiri Leaders and Organizations Express Gratitude to Pakistan for Solidarity Day Observance

Srinagar, Leaders and organizations of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) have extended their thanks to Pakistan for dedicating today to observing Kashmir Solidarity Day, a gesture of support for the Kashmiri people enduring hardships under Indian occupation in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC leaders Fayaz Hussain Jafari, Syed Sibt Shabbir Qummi, and Abdul Samad Inqilabi, in their statements from Srinagar, hailed the observance of Kashmir Solidarity Day as a reflection of the strong ties between Pakistan and the Kashmiri populace facing oppression in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). They highlighted the day’s role in rejuvenating the Kashmiris’ aspirations for freedom and called for the resolution of the Kashmir dispute in alignment with United Nations resolutions.

Furthermore, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, during a meeting led by Dr. Musab in Srinagar, underscored the importance of the day. The assembly praised Pakistan’s steadfast position on the Kashmir issue, urging for a resolution based on UN guidelines and condemning the violations perpetrated by Indian armed forces in the region.
