Kashmiri Diaspora Reaffirms Commitment to Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas’s Mission

Mirpur, The Kashmiri diaspora has pledged to continue its efforts to fulfill the mission of Raees-ul-Ahrar Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas, a prominent leader of the Kashmir freedom movement. This commitment was reaffirmed during a consultative meeting in Mirpur, attended by influential figures from the Jammu Kashmir Self-determination Movement International (JKSDMI) and other Kashmiri organizations.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the meeting was attended by JKSDMI Founder Chairman Raja Najabat Hussain (Stara-i-Pakistan), former adviser to the AJK Prime Minister Raja Shaukat Khaliq Advocate, and several other notable leaders. They discussed upcoming activities starting from 1st January 2024, including conferences and seminars in the UK, Europe, and various world capitals to promote the Kashmir cause.

Raja Najabat Hussain highlighted plans for a Mirpur conference aimed at launching a systematic global campaign against India’s actions in Kashmir. He criticized the Indian Supreme Court’s verdict that validated the Indian government’s actions on 5 August 2019, and emphasized the Kashmiri diaspora’s role in raising awareness about the freedom movement and the welfare of Pakistan.

The leaders present at the meeting assured their full support and cooperation for the Kashmir movement’s activities and efforts to expose Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir.
