Srinagar, July 17, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leader, Javaid Ahmad Mir has said that Kashmir is a Muslim majority territory and its people want peaceful settlement of the lingering Kashmir dispute. Javaid Ahmad Mir during his interaction with hundreds of devotees in shrine of Khanu Kahi Mouolah, Hazrat Ameeri Kabeer Mir Syed Ali Shah Hamdaan said, that permanent peace in the region is impossible without the settlement of Kashmir dispute.

He added that the people of Kashmir were waiting for their birthright to self-determination promised by the United Nations and the Indian leadership with them in 1947. He also paid rich tributes to founder of Islam in Kashmir, Hazrat Ameeri Kabeer Mir Syed Ali Shah Hamdaan.
