Lahore, February 09, 2022 (PPI-OT): Principal Post Graduate Medical Institute Prof. Dr. Sardar Muhammad Al-freed Zafar has said that India cannot avoid the independence of the people of Occupied Kashmir for long and soon or the later the struggle of Kashmiris for independence will meet its ultimate success and Kashmiris will see the sun of freedom.
He added that the people and Government of Pakistan fully support the struggle of their Kashmiri brothers and sisters and admire the sacrifices of their lives with praise and devotion. These views were expressed by Principal PGMI Prof. Al-freed Zafar and MS Dr. Amir Ghafoor Mufti while addressing the participants of the rally held at Lahore General Hospital on the occasion of Solidarity Day with Kashmiri people.
A large number of Professors, Doctors, Dr. Laila Shafiq, Dr. Abdul Aziz, Dr. Rizwana Tariq, Rana Pervaiz, Khalida Tabasum, nurses, paramedics, employees, patients and their families were also present. Principal Al-freed said that PM Imran Khan had raised his voice at the international level for the struggle of Kashmiris for independence and presented their case in the United Nations and because of that today the powerful countries of the world are better understanding the Kashmir issue.
He further said that the international community is openly condemning the Indian atrocities on the people of Kashmir and supporting their cause. He said that founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had declared Kashmir as the jugular vein of Pakistan and Pakistan would be completed only with the freedom of Kashmir.
Talking to media, Prof. Al-freed Zafar and Dr. Amir Ghafoor Mufti said that Kashmir was never a part of India and the UNO has also clearly passed a resolution in this favor and now it is the moral responsibility of the United Nations to abide by its resolutions and end India’s aggressive occupation on occupied Kashmir. He said that Pakistani youth should play their full role on social media to raise the voice of Kashmiri brothers for independence so that the “Modi” Government could be brought under international pressure and forced into Kashmir independence.
