Karachi, A special dinner and Qawwali night was hosted by Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori at the Governor’s House, dedicated to riders, delivery boys, and their families. The event, which drew a large turnout, included prominent figures and aimed to honor the contributions of these workers.
According to Sindh Governor House, the event was part of a broader initiative by Governor Tesori to support and enrich the lives of riders and their families. Over 11,000 riders have received Eid and ration packages, and the Governor announced plans to extend IT courses and health insurance to their families. Additionally, the event featured a draw where five lucky attendees won Umrah tickets.
Governor Tesori expressed his gratitude for being able to open the Governor’s House for this special occasion and emphasized his commitment to the welfare of the riders. He also highlighted ongoing efforts to increase their salaries and provide more substantial support through various programs.
The event not only celebrated the riders but also set a precedent for future initiatives aimed at improving their living conditions and providing more opportunities for advancement.
