Kachhi Marks Kashmir Exploitation Day with Calls for International Intervention

Kachhi: In a significant demonstration on Kashmir Exploitation Day, Deputy Commissioner Kachhi Captain Retired Jameel Ahmed Baloch led a rally to express solidarity with Kashmiri Muslims and call for global action against Indian policies in the region.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the rally included speeches by Deputy Commissioner Baloch, Assistant Commissioner Dhader Qazi Parvez Ahmed, and District Health Officer Dr. Ayaz Ahmed Qureshi, alongside a large turnout from civil society and various district officials. Participants displayed banners and placards advocating for Kashmiri rights and freedom, emphasizing the prolonged suffering under Indian administration.

Deputy Commissioner Baloch highlighted the significance of August 5, the day marking the revocation of Kashmir’s special status by India, as a dark moment in history and reiterated the need for international organizations to ensure Kashmiris receive their right to self-determination. He stressed that peace in the region is contingent upon the world recognizing and acting on the injustices faced by Kashmiris. The rally served as a platform to remind the international community of their role in resolving the crisis, urging the United Nations to enforce its resolutions on Kashmir.
