Kachhi District Aims to Enhance Educational Institutions, Address Teacher Absences

Kachhi: The Kachhi District Education Group convened its monthly meeting on Tuesday, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Captain Retired Jameel Ahmed Baloch, to discuss various educational challenges and operational improvements within the district.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting saw robust participation from key district officials including Additional Deputy Commissioner Abdul Sattarmengal, Assistant Commissioner Bhag Naveed Ahmed Baloch, and other education officers. A focal point of the discussion was the absenteeism of teachers, the operation of closed schools, and broader measures to boost the functionality of educational institutions.

The Deputy Commissioner emphasized the district’s commitment to improving educational standards and accountability. He highlighted ongoing efforts to reopen closed schools and fill teaching positions, stressing that teacher presence and accountability are critical for educational success. Plans are underway to enhance the educational framework across the district, aiming to ensure that future generations receive the benefits of well-rounded education.

Further, strict actions were announced against teachers failing to meet their responsibilities, with a clear directive for them to adhere to their assignments and avoid absences, underlining the administration’s intent to enforce discipline and commitment within the educational sector.
