Kachhi, In a move to ensure the effectiveness of security operations and the welfare of deployed personnel, Deputy Commissioner Kachhi, Captain Retired Jameel Ahmed Baloch, conducted surprise nocturnal visits to several Levies check posts across the district. The visits aimed to assess and improve the working conditions of the security forces stationed at these critical points.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during his visit, Deputy Commissioner Baloch first stopped at the Kurta Levies Check Post, where he addressed the concerns of the personnel and issued orders for the repair of the facility’s deteriorating infrastructure and the provision of necessary equipment. His tour continued to the Gokrat Check Post and other locations, where he similarly directed enhancements to ensure the posts are well-equipped and maintained.
The Deputy Commissioner also reviewed the security measures at the construction site of the Panjara Bridge, emphasizing the importance of the safety of laborers involved in critical infrastructure projects. He instructed the Levies personnel to maintain a high level of alertness and warned that negligence on duty would not be tolerated, underscoring that maintaining law and order must be the Levies force’s top priority at all times.
