Kachhi, Preparations for the 7th Livestock and Agriculture Census were discussed in a pivotal meeting led by Deputy Commissioner Kachhi, Captain Retired Jameel Ahmed Baloch, underscoring the importance of digital approaches to data collection in the agricultural sector.
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the meeting emphasized the critical role of accurate statistics in ensuring that local farmers and the agribusiness sector receive their due benefits. Deputy Commissioner Baloch ordered relevant agencies to ensure the success of the digital census, highlighting that the livelihood of most Kachhi residents is linked to agriculture and livestock, and thus, accurate data is essential for advocating their interests effectively.
